The Plitvice Lakes, as area of particularly natural beauty, are being declared the national park of the Republic of Croatia. Article 3. Detailed regulations on ruling the national park will be brought by the Government of the National Republic of Croatia. Article 4. This Law is coming into force on the day of publishing in Narodne Novine (Official Newspaper). U. number 22, Zagreb, April 8th 1949. President of the Parlament of National Republic of Croatia Secretary: Jure FranicevicPresident: Vladimir Nazor LAW ON CHANGES OF LAW ON DECLARING PLITVICE LAKES THE NATIONAL PARK Article 1. of Law on declaring Plitvice Lakes the national park (National newspaper, No.29/49 and 36/65) is being changed as follows:Article 1. The Plitvice Lakes together with their drainage basin, within the borders from article 2. of this Law, in area of 266 km2, are declared the national park. On the day when this Law comes into force, Act on establishment of the Plitvice Lakes National Park borders (Narodne novine No. 12/51) ceases to be valid.Article 4. This Law comes into force on the eighth day from the announcement in Narodne novine. Class: 351 - O1/96-02/06 . |
